For more than 15 years, Jeremy has worked in health and personal development. Personalizing practices from yoga, ayurveda and personal development, Jeremy teaches how to work with physical, mental and emotional challenges. Jeremy has lived and taught in Austin, TX since 2011 teaching more than 3,000 classes, workshops and events with everyone from at-risk youth to senior citizens. His primary teachers have been Jenn Wooten, Jason Crandell, Jeff Cavaliere, Mehtab Benton and Vanessa Stone.
